# Subprocessors

The providers that process personal data on our behalf to run TryFast, what each one receives, and where.

subprocess.eu/company uses the following subprocessors to provide TryFast. We announce additions or replacements on this page and by email to workspace owners at least 30 days in advance, and you may object (see the [Data Processing Agreement](data-processing-agreement.md)).

## Current subprocessors

### Hetzner Online GmbH

- Address: Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany
- Role: servers for all of TryFast (website, app, API, MCP server, script delivery on `cdn.tryfast.eu`, event collection, databases) and S3-compatible object storage for backups and raw event logs
- Data processed: all customer data and all visitor data TryFast processes
- Data location: Germany. The production server runs in Hetzner's data center in Nuremberg; backups and raw event logs are stored in Hetzner Object Storage in Germany.
- Safeguards: ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centers, data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR

### subprocess mail forwarder (fwd.subprocess.io)

- Operator: subprocess.eu/company, on the Hetzner infrastructure above
- Role: receives email sent to our tryfast.eu addresses (security@, legal@, support@, liam@, dmarc@) and forwards it to our support mailbox at Google Workspace (below). Inbound only: TryFast sends no email from tryfast.eu addresses.
- Data processed: emails you send us (sender, recipients, subject, content, attachments), in transit
- Data location: Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg), as above

### Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Google Workspace)

- Address: 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland
- Role: hosts our support mailbox in Google Workspace, which receives the email sent to our tryfast.eu addresses through the mail forwarder above. Support email only: Google receives no visitor data or project data from TryFast's systems.
- Data processed: emails you send us (sender, recipients, subject, content, attachments) and anything you choose to include in them
- Data location: EU and US, as stated by Google for Google Workspace
- Safeguards: Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU

### Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (through login0)

- Address: 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg
- Role: Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) delivers the emails of login0, the sign-in service we operate for our products: email verification, password reset, and account setup emails for invited team members
- Data processed: recipient email address, name where the email includes it, email content
- Data location: AWS region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), EU
- Safeguards: AWS Data Processing Addendum pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as AWS belongs to a US group

## Not subprocessors

- **login0** (accounts.login0.eu), our sign-in service, is operated by subprocess.eu/company itself on the infrastructure listed above; it is not a third party.
- **AI agents you connect** (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code) and their providers are chosen by you. Data your agent reads through TryFast is processed under your agreement with that provider.
- **Tools on your website.** When you enable it, the TryFast script adds exposure and conversion events to your page's dataLayer if one exists. What your tag manager, analytics or consent tools do with them is your own processing.
