## What the limits mean

**What is a tested user?** A visitor who saw at least one experiment in a calendar month, counted once however many experiments or pages they saw. Visitors on pages without experiments are free.

**At the limit.** At 80% we show a notice in the app. At 100%, visitors already in an experiment keep their variation, and new visitors see your original pages until the month resets or you upgrade. Your site never breaks.

**Without an account.** Workspaces you have not saved to an account include 1 project, 3 running experiments, 25,000 tested users a month and 10,000 events a day. Custom JavaScript runs in previews only until you save the workspace. Unsaved workspaces pause after 30 days without use and are deleted after 90 days.

## Pricing questions

### Do you charge per experiment or per seat?

No. Experiments and team members are unlimited on every plan. Only projects and tested users differ.

### What happens if I go over my tested users?

Nothing breaks. Visitors already in experiments keep their variation; new visitors see your original pages until next month or until you upgrade.

### Can I try Pro features first?

Every feature is in the free plan. Pro and Business add projects, traffic and support.

### How do I upgrade?

From Plan and usage in the app, or by email to support@tryfast.eu. We confirm within one business day and bill monthly by invoice.

### Can I cancel any time?

Yes, at the end of any month. Your workspace moves back to the free plan and keeps its data.

### Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT; business customers in the EU outside Germany are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure.
